Perfect for busy schedules, the 30-minute massage addresses knots, tightness, and minor discomfort, helping you feel rejuvenated and ready for action. From this, we will create a personalised treatment plan that may include hands-on therapy to relieve discomfort, improve mobility, and support healing. You’ll also be introduced to a tailored exercise programme to begin addressing your specific needs from day one.
